FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
WHEN & HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY PHOTOS?
Photos will be available for digital download within 5 days. You will receive an email when your online gallery is ready. The gallery will include all of the edited images from your session to which you will choose your favourite 5 or 10 images to download
WHAT IF MY CHILDREN ARE SICK ON THE DAY?
Please allow 24hr notice & I will be happy to change the date of your mini session, subject to availability. If unable to rebook, your deposit will be transferred into a gift voucher towards a future session
WHAT IF MY CHILD DOESN’T COOPERATE ON THE DAY?
Due To The Nature Of Kids This Will Sometimes Happen. But Unfortunately The Most Extra Time I Can Accomodate With Is 5-10mins, Subject To Others Bookings I Have That Day. I Will Do My Utmost For You To Capture The Best Images Possible Within Your Session Time .
HOW DO I BEST PREPARE MY CHILD FOR THE SESSION?
We suggest you book your session after children’s naps & meals when little one’s are their happiest. Having their favourite toys near by or a reward is also a winner for a smooth running photo session
